◎Most parts of our products are produced using 3D printers. Please note the following points.
1. Due to the characteristics of 3D printers, some parts may be distorted or have a rough finish. Please forgive us if there is no functional problem.
2. We remove large burrs and fuzz before shipping, but some may remain.
Also, since each part is made to exact size, there may be hard parts such as mating parts.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use a thin board file, stick file, emery paper, etc. to lightly scrape hard spots and corners to make them blend smoothly.
3.Depending on filament availability, parts of colors such as silver and white may be mixed with black.
◎As a general rule, use hexagon socket head bolts. Any cheap one will suffice, so be sure to have a hex wrench set and long-nosed pliers.
Warranty policy
If a part is damaged or malfunctions under normal usage, we will deliver replacement parts and repair free of charge for 6 months from the date of shipment.
After the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts and repairs for a fee.
If the cause lies with our workshop, such as a design error made by our workshop or inappropriate materials, we will replace or repair the product free of charge even after 6 months have passed.
